Billing & Payment Policies:

Membership Fee: Fees are started upon registration and paid monthly on an ongoing basis until cancellation. One month fee payment is required at time of joining membership. This amount is non-refundable.

Memberships can be paid annually, semi-annually or monthly. The 1st month paid upfront is waived if membership is paid annually. All members must enroll in our automatic payment system with a Visa or Mastercard if paying semi-annually or monthly. No invoi ces will be mailed. Patient will be required to affirm renewal by signing a new contract each year.

Memberships require NO LONG TERM CONTRACTS or commitments. However, a fee will be applied if the membership is canceled and re-enrolled at a later date.

Cancellation, Refunds and Re-enrollment

You may cancel your membership at any time, for any reason, no questions asked. If there is a balance of pre-paid fees (excluding 1st month’s fees) at the time of cancellation, then you will receive a pro-rated refund within 14 days of receiving notice of your cancellation.

Re-enrollment fee: If a member cancels their membership (by choice or lack of payment), the member may rejoin Healing Wings International but will be required to pay a re-enrollment fee if they try to rejoin after 30 days. The re-enrollment fee is $75 per member in addition to other fees typically charged in setting up a membership.

Service Fees:

All services not covered by membership fees will be PAID IN FULL AT TIME OF SERVICE. Payment is accepted by cash or credit/debit card. No personal checks are accepted.

“No-show” charges:

All cancellations for scheduled visits must be done a minimum of 1 day prior to your scheduled appointment. If you know you are running late, just give us the courtesy of a phone call. A $25 charge to the credit card on file will be assessed for excessive tardiness and/or no shows. Exceptions may be granted at our discretion.
